Expense for shows will include the following components:
1. Flat Rate Pricing, 2. Show Entries, 3. Box Stall Fees & Bedding, 4. Hauling, 5. Prorated Stall Fees (Groom, Tack, Feed, Dressing, & Lounge), 6. Prorated Patronship/Priority Stabling Fees (as applicable.)
Flat Rate and Hauling expenses must be paid prior to departure. All Show All Show Flat Rate and Hauling Fees must be received two weeks prior to departure for each show. Whenever applicable, Show Entries, Class Fees, Box Stall Charges, & Office Fees will be paid by each owner’s Credit Card. Otherwise, Show Entries, Class Fees, Box Stall Charges, Office Fees, Bedding, Stall Fees, Patronships, and any fees incurred on behalf of the show, will be billed after the show.
Flat Rate Charges Include: Decorating, carpentry, lumber, drapes, landscaping, lighting, set-up, up- keep, and cleaning; Staff and staff expenses: hotel and meals; Show and grooming supplies; Work tack. A Client Lounge will be available at Regional and National Shows.
Flat Rate Charges Do Not Include: Show Entries & Class Charges, Box Stall Fees & Bedding, Hauling, Stall Fees (Groom, Tack, Feed, Dressing, & Lounge), Patronships, Priority Stabling Fees, Veterinarian and Farrier Expenses, Early Arrival and/or Layover Charges, Box Seats, or any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the client or client’s horse, or the show. All show tack is to be provided by the client, including saddles, show bridles, bits, reins, saddle pads, and breast collars. |
